In 2022, Randall and Leslie Hawkins relocated back to Central Texas and home of his alma mater, Baylor University, falling back in love with the warm community and updated southern lifestyle.

Randall brings his passion for renovating older homes and love of building community wherever he is planted, which involves more than a quarter-century of Corporate accounting jobs that have given him a broad knowledge of turning a “house” into a “home”. Leslie’s career spans across special education and early childhood education from Amarillo to Waco.

The duo shares a fervor for delivering a top-tier customer experience, a vision that resonates well with the mission of Bumble Bee Blinds. With their showroom in busy Woodway, you can see dozens of working blinds, shades, shutters and drapery, and hundreds of options to choose from the lines of Graber, Norman, Hunter-Douglas Alta, Horizons, Elegant, Insolroll and Universal Screens outdoor shades.

When they’re not working, they enjoy hiking and exploring nature, as well as following their Baylor Bears in whatever season is on. They are very involved in their home church, Harris Creek Baptist and loves the verse “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13.
