My husband Mark and I are the founders of Patient First Direct Primary Care. I am a Baylor social work graduate. My role in the clinic is to help create a welcoming space for patients to be seen, heard and cared for. I believe deeply in this model and the lasting relationships made possible. I also help patients with nutrition goals and love to see people thriving and healthy! We have 3 adult children, 2 beautiful daughters-in-law, a few great dogs and a grandbaby on the way.

Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly fee instead of using insurance. Included in the fee: unlimited visits, same or next day appointments, no waiting, direct access to your provider via text, phone calls or email. Office visits are 45 minutes-1 hour long to allow for a strong patient/doctor relationship. Your membership fee includes complete care: sick visits, chronic care management, urgent care, weight loss, hormone optimization and yearly routine lab work.
