Melissa was a Family Therapist for 28 years, a university professor for 6 years, has written 4 books, and has owned Waco Hypnosis Center for 11 years.

She specializes in helping clients significantly reduce the frequency, intensity and duration of stress and anxiety. She believes that God doesn’t want us to be worriers – he wants us to be warriors!

Over the years she has put together a set of tools that helps clients:

• Calm their minds and bodies
• Improve their health
• Feel confident, empowered and capable

She believes anxiety and stress are extremely treatable and uses natural, organic means to do that. The tools she gives her clients helps them relax, sleep and function better and take control of their lives.

Melissa is a widow with 2 grown sons, 2 adorable grandchildren and 2 fur babies. She lives in the Waco, TX area and seizes any chance she gets to go walk on a beach.

I use natural means to help clients improve in areas of health and wellness. I help clients through Hypnosis, Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), education, and changing the messages they've been giving themselves.
