Christine A. Smith served in nearly 100 different, private homes as a hired caregiver last decade. She assisted clients between ages 75 & 105. She worked alongside her clients' loved ones or reported to those family members and to contracted assisting services.
Christine observed thousands of interactions amongst family, friends, neighbors, volunteers, medical professionals, and the community with the individuals that she was hired to assist. She saw aging done well and identified commonalities in how challenges arose and were solved.
Christine also noticed that she, herself, had so few answers to typical questions about procedures, equipment, professionals, and support that could make later-life BETTER. So she researched, authored a few books on the emotional & relational Aspects of Aging. She began to video record conversations every week with people who DO provide what those Persons of Longevity and their caregivers need.
