Janice Harder

My prior careers were formulating and building businesses from scratch. My past 5 years have been intensive study and relationship building with a nonagenarian (90 year old) with Alzheimers. Skills in communication, administrative, advocating between the nonagenarian and medical staff has provided a wide variety of communication. Talents and competence were expanded throughout retail and travel industries. Developing and implementing best practices across the different markets, I was able to succeed within different corporations across various states. Building great collaborative relationships with corporations, their clients and helping both achieve their strategic plans and business goals has been key to becoming one of the top 5% in the industry in travel sales. Mortgage banking careers, both sales and support positions provided skill in leadership, management, and teamwork with various departments and clients.
The first 25 years of my career has been foundational to my current position and vital role within the Baylor Club community.
